Privacy & publishing terms

Your account and articles

We store your name, email, country, optional phone number, registration and login IP addresses, browser information and article submission details. These support account security, billing and the one-time free article allowance. Authorized staff can access relevant records.

Publishing and fees

The first article is free once per account. Every later article costs USD 10. Drafts can be saved before payment, but paid slots can only be submitted after payment is confirmed. Five or more paid articles in one checkout receive a 25% discount. Payment does not bypass editorial approval. Writers cannot edit submitted articles; request changes through support. Articles removed by staff disappear publicly, while account, article and billing history is retained.

Services and notifications

Essential account, article, payment and support emails are queued automatically. Optional reminders can be disabled under Account. Where enabled, an IP geolocation provider receives the connection IP to estimate country. Payment details are handled by the hosted gateway. Embedded YouTube videos and social sharing use third-party services and their privacy policies.

Remembered sign-in

If you choose Keep me signed in, an HttpOnly browser cookie restores your account on this browser or installed app. It expires after a year without renewal; active use renews it. Sign out clears this device, and Account lets you revoke remembered devices. Clearing browser data or using a different browser/app can require sign-in again. IP addresses never authorize access.

Installations, uploaded photos and advertisements

When signed in using the installed app, we record a random installation token, account ID, browser, connection IP and last-seen time. Installation totals are approximate. Only photos you choose are uploaded; administrators cannot access your device gallery. Submitted content changes require a request to the Supreme Admin. Advertising costs USD 1 per consecutive 24-hour day, begins after approval and verified payment, and ends automatically at its scheduled time. Daily unpaid-invoice reminders can be disabled in Account preferences.

Optional Google services

If enabled, Google advertising and Analytics load after your optional consent on public content pages. Use Privacy choices to change that choice. Google and its partners may process browser, device and usage information under their own policies. Separate Google consent messages may appear. How Google uses information from partner sites.

Visitor measurement

First-party analytics use daily hashed IP/browser combinations to estimate visits. Session cookies support sign-in and request protection. Share counts measure button interactions, not confirmed posts. Contact the editorial team for access, correction, retention or deletion enquiries.
